Prior to your session, we will have spoken on the phone so you can tell me what is bothering you, how it makes you feel and how you would rather feel. We then exchange emails until the scripts for Steps 1&2 of your Hypno-Sensing session have been fine-tuned. Fine-tuning the scripts for your Hypno-Sensing session is a key part of the process – many have said they find the fine-tuning extremely beneficial.
The Hypno-Sensing process is unique. Hypno-Sensing uses a combination of relaxation techniques, focused intention, and visualisation. While you are in a very relaxed state during the process, you are conscious and fully in control of your mind.

The purpose of Step 1 is to locate and liberate the trapped energy responsible for the subconscious thoughts and feelings which fuel your current emotional state, self-talk, and behaviour. The recording is sent to a device of your choosing before your session ends –most people choose WhatsApp, or Gmail if they want to transfer it to an mp3 player– I recommend listening to the short recording when you wake-up and before falling asleep. Regular reinforcement is key if you want your new feelings to become part of the new you. Regular reinforcement also transforms your subconscious programming, so it supports your conscious intentions, rather than sabotaging them. Regular reinforcement is extremely easy with Hypno-Sensing – all you do is listen -2 x a day- to a short recording that empowers you while listening to it.
